1 Bedroom • 2 Bathrooms 2 Baths • Sleeps 4-6Welcome to PCB Sugar Shores, a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo located on the easy-access second floor of the Windward building at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach.
This recently renovated and beautifully decorated condo sleeps four to six with a king in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa plus a double sleeper loveseat in the living room. The living room features comfy furniture, a Smart TV, and an amazing view of the Gulf that you can soak up from within the condo or from the private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any meals, drinks or snacks, plus a washer and dryer and free wifi are offered for the ultimate in convenience. We also have a twin rollaway bed if needed. Maximum occupancy is six (6).
For your convenience, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports balls, and beach umbrellas.
PCB Sugar Shores comfortably sleeps 6 (max occupancy, no pets), and the Resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (Firm). Primary renter must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed prior to arrival and released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes resort fees and up to two vehicle parking passes. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days. To round out your convenience, we offer complimentary high-speed fiber internet and an in-condo washer/dryer.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are Michael and Tracy from Washington State. We love to play pickleball, hike in the mountains, fish, and spend time with our family and friends in The Edgewater Resort and walking on the sparkling white sugar shores of Panama City Beach.Location
